Space Force 10 Miler Training Update

I do not have much of an update for y'all today! This week, 11/21-11/27 is week 14 of training. I have not ran at all since my 8 mile long run on 10/30. I had hoped that I would be able to at least get some miles in on my treadmill but I didn't even get our workout space somewhat organized and put together until last night. I have all intentions of running today however it is supposed to be and interval workout of 5 miles with a 1 mile warm up, 0.5 mile interval at 5.1 with 0.25 mile recovery at 3.9 (4 times) and 1 mile cool down. Since it has been 3 weeks since I last ran, I'm not sure how close I'll be able to stick to this HOWEVER if I do make any changes it will be to the recovery speed. I might do 0.1 of the recovery as a walk and then get back to that easy pace for 0.15 or walk 0.15 and jog 0.1. It will also be interesting to see if I can actually do all 3 miles for the intervals!

Aside from that, moving was crazy! I'll share about that in another post later this week!
