Sleep Regression Bites

I don't know if that is the actual season that we are in but whatever it is sucks big D! My daughter is almost 4.5 years old and recently she has been demanding that either she sleeps in my bed or I sleep in her bed. When she falls asleep in our bed, either I have to put her in her bed or my husband just shoves her over into the middle of the bed meaning I sleep like garbage because I'm left on the edge of my bed trying not to fall off all night. No matter how many times I have asked him to put her to bed when he comes to bed he still just shoves her over! Drives me nuts.

But now it's getting worse. Most nights I either put her to bed after she falls asleep in my bed or I read while she falls asleep in her bed and then I got to bed. At some point in the middle of the night, she will wake up, run into my room, wake me up to take her back to her bed and fall asleep with her. I'm not getting good quality sleep being woken up multiple times a night and I know she can't but last night/this morning takes the cake.

3am this little girl comes running into my room. I grab my pillow and go with her into her room and we fall back to sleep. About 1.5-2 hours later she wakes up, runs into my room and starts crying out, "Mommy where are you?" Kid...I was literally right next to you! She started calling out to me and going down the stairs before she finally heard me call out to her that I was in her bed already. She ran back in, launched herself into my arms and crashed again.

Is this sleep regression? Am I like a security blanket? Is it separation anxiety just when sleeping? If y'all can help me out with recommendations on how to get through this, that would be great! I don't want her to be in school still sleeping with Mommy...mostly because I just want to sleep!
