This is going to be a short post. We were hit with Flu type A last week. My daughter had a fever that wouldn't break and a cough and soon so did I! The whole week was a wash. No stretching, no running, just trying to hydrate and rest.

I'm hopeful to get back into running this week and hopefully no more illness. Will I get all these miles done? I don't know...but I'm going to hopefully get something!
