It has been a crazy few months and I kind of fell off the planet here back in June.

I'm starting a 90 day program with the VA to hopefully help me lose some weight and alleviate some of my other health issues.

The scale is often viewed with dread but it can be a helpful tool. This is more about why and how I've battled with weight.
